We are so thrilled to announce that Naomi Crain will be presenting a custom session on Lyric Development as the first workshop in our new “Songwriting Toolkit Series”.
This month, Naomi will teach us some lyric development tools that help focus our lyric writing to engage and satisfy listeners. We’ll cover Pat Pattison’s famous Box Development approach, as well as two commonly used song maps you can begin to apply to your next song. This will be a fun session with practical tools you’ll be able to use straight away.
We will also be holding a peer critique session in the second half of the evening.
Naomi Crain is a long-standing member of the ASC Sydney Circle and a past volunteer Coordinator for over three years. She’s a singer songwriter whose two albums, Leaving Ur and Vermillion Truth, are available on Apple Music and Spotify. She’s also a life coach and avid self-helper.
Attendance is free for ASC Members and $15 for non-members (after two free visits as guests).
