Harmonic Structure for the Songwriter
A presentation by Don Hopkins for the ASC Sydney Circle

Are you wanting to write intros that hook the listener in and chord changes that sound as strong as major pop ballads? Would you like to make your song stand out with it’s own unique character? This Zoom presentation by Don Hopkins for ASC Sydney Circle will be focusing on techniques that can help you achieve these goals.
It’s a workshop for the songwriter that will include example songs to illustrate the harmonic tips and tricks you will learn.
Don Hopkins has been writing songs and working as a musician since the 1970s as well as teaching piano since the 1980s.
We will also have song critiques in the second half.
Attendance is free for ASC Members and $15 for non-members (after two free Circle visits as guests).
Join us to develop your skills in the craft and business of songwriting, network and collaborate with other members, and be involved in this supportive and cherished songwriting community.
Songwriters of all music genres and all skill levels are welcome to join. However, the zoom webinar link will only be sent to those officially registered.
