Hear from Jaxsta‘s CIO Phil Morgan and Client Service Manager Tilda Allerfeldt about the innovative Aussie company that’s developing the world’s most comprehensive resource of official music credits. It’s IMDb meets LinkedIn, but for anyone who creates music: artists; producers; guest performers; engineers; and – of course – songwriters!

Tilda is also the Project Manager for Women In Music (WIM) Sydney.

As usual, the second half of the night will be devoted to song critiques. We do already have several carry-over registrations from September, so email ascsydneycircle@gmail.com by midday Sunday 20th October to add yours to the list!  (NB do not email the song itself).

You can play your song live (unamplified), or have a recorded version of your song on a device that has a headphone jack to plug into our speaker. Plus, bring 15-20 copies of your lyrics on the night.

We usually get through 3-4 songs… if you pre-register your song title and join us on the night but there is not enough time to get to your song, we carry over your registration to the following month so you don’t lose your place in the queue. In other words, if a song is not heard due to time constraints, the registration place is carried over. However, if a song is not heard because of non-attendance, the registration is extinguished.

Join us to develop your skills in the craft and business of songwriting, network and collaborate with other members, and be involved in this supportive and cherished songwriting community.

Songwriters of all music genres and all skill levels are welcome to join.

Free entry for ASC Members.

Non-members (casual) can attend their first two Circle meetings for free and pay just $15 at the door to attend meetings after that.

Turn up to our great new venue, Club Burwood, from 7pm for networking, and the main part of the evening will start sharp at 7.30pm.
